A Associação de Imprensa Estrangeira de Hollywood anunciou nesta segunda-feira (8) os indicados ao Globo de Ouro 2026, marcando o início oficial da temporada de premiações. A edição deste ano chega com forte presença de estúdios independentes, domínio da distribuidora Neon e, sobretudo, um feito histórico para o cinema brasileiro: “O Agente Secreto”, de Kleber Mendonça Filho, conquistou três indicações, incluindo Melhor Filme de Drama, a categoria mais importante da premiação.

A presença brasileira ganha ainda mais destaque com a indicação de Wagner Moura a Melhor Ator em Filme de Drama por sua atuação em “O Agente Secreto”. Ele se torna o primeiro ator brasileiro a concorrer na categoria — ampliando um ciclo de conquistas iniciado no ano passado, quando Fernanda Torres foi indicada e venceu o Globo de Ouro de Melhor Atriz por “Ainda Estou Aqui”. A produção de Mendonça Filho também foi indicada a Melhor Filme em Língua Não Inglesa, consolidando sua posição como uma das obras mais celebradas do ano.

No topo da corrida, “One Battle After Another”, de Paul Thomas Anderson, lidera a lista com nove indicações, incluindo Melhor Filme de Comédia ou Musical, Direção e Roteiro. Logo atrás aparecem “Sentimental Value” (oito indicações), “Sinners” (sete), “Hamnet” (seis) e “Frankenstein” e “Wicked: For Good” (cinco cada). Em televisão, a série “The White Lotus” domina com seis indicações, seguida por “Adolescence”, com cinco.

A cerimônia da 83ª edição do Globo de Ouro acontece em 11 de janeiro, com apresentação da comediante Nikki Glaser, e será transmitida pela CBS e pelo Paramount+. A Neon lidera entre as distribuidoras de cinema, com 21 indicações, enquanto a Netflix aparece no topo das categorias de televisão, com 22.

Destaque brasileiro: “O Agente Secreto” faz história

Representante oficial do Brasil no Oscar 2026, o longa de Kleber Mendonça Filho alcança um patamar raríssimo para filmes latino-americanos ao competir em Melhor Filme de Drama, ao lado de grandes apostas da temporada como “Sinners”, “Hamnet” e “Frankenstein”. A indicação confirma a ascensão internacional da obra, que já levou prêmios de Melhor Diretor e Melhor Ator (Wagner Moura) em Cannes, além de figurar em listas de melhores filmes do ano em veículos como “The New York Times” e “Vanity Fair”.

Wagner Moura disputa o prêmio ao lado de nomes como Oscar Isaac, Michael B. Jordan e Joel Edgerton, em uma das categorias mais prestigiadas da noite.
