ABOUT
COP30 will be in Brazil! The eyes of the world will be on Belém, and we want to tell this story!
The planet is experiencing a real-time climate collapse. Floods, droughts, wildfires, and record temperatures reveal that the crisis is no longer a scientific prediction: it is the present. Each year, the world fails to meet the goals assumed in the Paris Agreement, while extreme events intensify and political responses remain slow and insufficient. Amid misinformation, inequality, and climate denialism, the Amazon becomes the epicenter of the struggle for the future.
And, for the first time, the UN Climate Change Conference will be held in the heart of the Amazon. More than a meeting of global leaders, it will be a milestone for civil society. It is a window of opportunity for the peoples of the forest, the peripheries, and the youth who have resisted and built real solutions to the climate crisis for decades. It is time to change the logic of this mega-event and give protagonism to those who fight.
Mídia NINJA, together with Casa NINJA Amazônia and Clímax, is calling on communicators, journalists, artists, videographers, photographers, designers, translators, editors, producers, and activists from Brazil, Latin America, and the world to join the NINJA Collaborative Coverage at COP30, an active force for multicultural and international communication.
We want to build a mosaic of voices and perspectives that portrays the COP through the lens of societal forces. From the ground floor of Belém to the global panels, from the streets to the official negotiations, the collaborative coverage will be a living organism of production, creation, and resistance.

Communicators, journalists, artists, videographers, photographers, designers, translators, editors, and activists from Brazil, Latin America, and the world, join the NINJA Collaborative Coverage at COP30 — a living force for multicultural and international communication.
